Benebones should be enjoyed but not eaten. While very durable, Benebones are not fit for aggressive chewers who could damage the product or their teeth. Every dog plays differently, and since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and, most importantly, keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the chew from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

15 minutes of chewing, no stars from this puppy

Pitt puppy had plastic bits off toy in 15 minutes. Not good.

Benebone Wishbone

My 12 pound shih tzu is nine months old and loves to chew. This bone is perfect because she can hold it and gnaw on it easily. The ball ends are great for her to grasp in her mouth. This bone is not indestructible . She is able to make her mark on it,, but it will be around for many years to come.
