Exchanges are easy! Just follow these steps:

Request a return by signing into your account and selecting the item.

Look for an email from bark@dogtuff.com with your return details.

Place a new order for the correct size or product.
We’ll refund your original order as soon as we receive your return. Your new order ships the next business day!

Used, chewed, or soiled items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations—unless you’re using a valid toy guarantee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. COD deliveries will be refused and returned.
