We proudly offer a one-of-a-kind guarantee on many of our toughest dog toys. You’ll see the guarantee type and time frame (30, 60, 90 days, or lifetime) clearly labeled on each product page.
DogTuff Guarantee – 30, 60, 90 Days
If your pup destroys it within the stated timeframe:
- You’ll receive a DogTuff store credit for the full purchase price.
- Guarantee Credits Process within 1-3 Business Days.
- Use your credit on any product in the store, even sale and clearance items!
One-time use only: Replacement toys and items bought with a guarantee credit are not covered again under the guarantee.
RuffDawg Lifetime Guarantee
Ruff Dawg toys are Made in the USA and built for serious chewing action - and they come with a lifetime replacement guarantee to prove it. If your dog manages to damage any of the eligible toys below, just send it in and Ruff Dawg will replace it. No hassle, no drama - just more playtime.

Goughnuts Lifetime Guarantee
Our Goughnuts line is built for serious chewers—and it comes with a lifetime guarantee. If your dog gets through it, Goughnuts will replace it, no questions asked. You can initiate the replacement directly with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Guarantees
Some toys are covered directly by the manufacturer. These are labeled “Limited Manufacturer Guarantee” in the product info bar. If you need help initiating a return with the brand, just email bark@dogtuff.com, we’re happy to assist.
How to Request a Guarantee
Need a new toy recommendation? Reach out - we’re pros at matching pups with the right level of toughness.
Step 1:
Log in to your DogTuff account and find your order.
Click “Request Return” on the item covered by a guarantee.
Step 2
Watch your inbox for an email with return instructions.
Step 3:
Send the toy back (you cover return shipping). Once we receive it, we’ll email you a store credit, valid for 1 year.

Q: How do I know if a toy is covered by the DogTuff Guarantee?
A: On every product page, you’ll see a guarantee label in the Product Info Bar—this will indicate whether the toy has a 30-, 60-, 90-day, or lifetime guarantee. If it says “Limited Manufacturer Guarantee,” the replacement is handled by the brand itself.
Q: What do I get when I use the guarantee?
A: If your guaranteed toy doesn’t hold up within its covered period, you’ll receive a store credit equal to the full purchase price. Your credit is valid for 1 full year and can be used on anything in the store—even clearance items!
Q: Are toys replaced automatically or do I need to send them back?
A: You’ll need to return the toy to us (unless otherwise specified by the brand). Return shipping is your responsibility.
Q: Can I use my store credit on a different toy or product?
A: Absolutely! You can use your guarantee credit on any item on DogTuff.com—whether it’s a tougher toy, treats, accessories, or even sale items.
Q: Are the replacement toys covered by the guarantee too?
A: No. Toys purchased using a guarantee credit are considered replacements and are not eligible for a second guarantee.
Q: Do I need the original packaging to make a return?
A: Nope! We just need the toy itself returned within the guarantee window. But if you’re working with a manufacturer directly, they may have their own requirements—reach out to us and we’ll guide you through it.
Q: What if I’m not sure which toy to get as a replacement?
A: We’re happy to help! Our team has hands-on experience with every toy we carry (plus a pack of tough testers at home). Contact us with your dog’s breed, weight, and chew style for personalized recommendations.
