Great idea, but needs to be tuffer!

This ball is an integral part of my dog's day!
My dog loves this ball! Every morning she runs around the house to find her mazee ball and brings it to us in the kitchen to have a handful of kibble put in it. She rolls it around having a blast as she eats her breakfast. We also use it to give her treats, though she has a greater tendency then to really dig into it and sometimes pull out the maze. This is what reduces its lifespan, but even a bit chewed up, it still does the trick. If I had to estimate, I'd say it lasts about six months, at least with the vigorous daily use by my german shepherd.

Great fun for the pup
My pup has absolutely zero attention span. But when given this toy filled with treats, she stays focused. It's a fun game for her to push it around waiting for a treat to be dispensed.

LOVED by our Border Collie
Our Border Collie LOVES this toy. He is a super heavy chewer and hasn't destroyed this toy yet. But I do take it from him once the treats are out (much to his dismay). Great toy.

Remove immediately after the maze is emptied
My pit lab LOVES this toy and it has lasted. However I remove it after he has received all the kibble. An earlier maze ball was torn apart because he played so rough and tore it at the larger opening and then chewed the interior maze. I tried it again because it was a favorite toy. The trick is to not leave the maze ball with the dog after the kibble is gone

Recommend for non-chewers.
This toy is great if you don't have a pup that likes to take things apart. The toy only lasted four days then we came home to find the middle part removed from the outer shell. LOL Needless to say this one will be returned. However, if you have a Golden or Basset or some such that won't pull them apart I would highly recommend the toy. Boxer mixes, not so much. :)

Not for most dogs.
We have a bunch of Planet Dog toys, balls and shapes and a Snoop, and all have lasted ages with nearly daily play. I was looking forward to my dogs enjoying their new Mazee.
Unfortunately, that enjoyment lasted less than ten minutes before I had to remove it. One of my dogs figured out right away that he could get his lower jaw into the large opening. He's the one I bought the toy for, he loves puzzle toys, but I had to take it away from him. My other dog actually played with it, which is unusual for him, but his light playing quickly tore the opening, rotated the maze part inside the thin outer ball, and warped the sides. A few attempts at gnawing on it (with me stopping him each time) caused inner pieces of plastic to break off, with my dog assuming they were treats.
I've purchased hundreds of toys over the years and unfortunately, I think this one is the worst, especially when price is factored in.

NOT FOR TENACIOUS DOGS
I got this toy thinking it would be last plus I loved the concept of it. Recieved it in the mail today & not even two hours later, it was completely destroyed! The plastic was in broken pieces & Tucker managed to rip the rubber material ball open. I was super bummed it didn't last.

great item but after dog plays with it remove it so it will last
my pit lab will chew anything forever so I remove this after he has retrieved the snacks/kibble... it has lasted since March/Apr and it is now Oct. I really recommend this as he loves it!

easily destroyed - fun to watch
really conflicted - this is great entertainment for you and your dog, ONLY IF he or she is not a chewer. It's gone in hours if chewed on, if you guys/girls are more interested in the interactive part then this is a great option.

Fun, but a little too easy to destroy
My 18-month-old Aussie absolutely loves this — not sure whether it's the minty scent (she also likes toothpaste), the challenge of getting the treats out, or the simple fact that there are treats inside. The plastic inner maze shifts position fairly easily when she plays with the toy, though, which requires some manipulation on my part to put back to rights. You also have to be careful not to just leave your dog alone to chew on it, because it will get destroyed. And the whole thing gets a bit disgustingly slimy/hair-covered after play. Still, it's a major favourite in my household.

FANTASTIC with supervision
my lab/dobe mix loved this toy. it immediately became her favorite! she loved rolling it around and working that treat out. with the right treat, it would keep her occupied for quite some time. However, it really only lasted about 4 wks until she became inpatient and ripped the green plastic maze right out of the rubber ball. She is a very strong chewer (when she wants to be) and is extremely intelligent. I also bought her one of the advanced tornado puzzles, which she solved in less than 5 min.

Enjoyed with multiple treats
is toy is one if the best dog toys I have bought! You have to get small biscuits do the treats won't fall out. But if you get the right size, it creates hours of fun and a challenging game for your dog. My dig loves this treat ball and jumps with excitement when she sees me fill it. I can fit as many as 5 biscuits in there, keeping her entertained for hours.
