My 10 lb Bichon loved this toy....however she bit off the eyes first and then the beak and pulled the stuffing out. I bought another on to see if she would destroy that too and it only lasted a day or two. Cute toy but not for aggressive chewers!!

The "chewguard" is a farce. Our Golden Retriever had this in multiple pieces in no time with the fluff and squeeker pulled out. The stitching gave way quickly so the chewguard didn't have a chance to work.

This rooster is the favorite of Nigel the English Cocker. Bought 12 in both sizes because I didn't ever want to tell him that they could not be found any more. I gave him a new one and used the opportunity to wash his other six 2 year old roosters. Can't tell the new one from the old ones. Nigel is going to need a bigger toy basket!

My dog loved it, but I don't know how it passed the tough test, my dog tore through it's feet so fast there was stuffing coming out almost the same day I gave it to him. The feet are just a thin fabric that tears very easily.

Got this as a replacement for our girl's first rooster. It lasted two months. It was her favorite toy and she carried it around with her all the time. It was well loved and well used. 4/5 squeakers still worked up to the end! We also got 4 other toys for her and will replace her toys as needed...as she's a real chewer! Great products!

I bought this chicken for our golden retriever about 1 year ago. It was his favorite toy and lasted far longer than any stuffed toy I have ever purchased. It did finally wear out so I am buying another.

Our Aussie Cattle Dog loves her "Chick-E-Baby"! 6 squeakers; 4 different sounds; soft and cuddly: What's not to like!? Made it thru the first week before needing 'surgery'. We will need to replace it at some point in time; but will definitely get her another when 'the end' comes.

Ordering our 2nd one, my 17lb can destroy anything so I ordered the large. Have had it for 4 months and she just now has a foot tore off and stuffing coming out. This after 4 months of DAILY rough play and tug of war....Her all time ever favorite and have never had anything stuffed last more than 3 days/ LOVE THIS

Our pup loves chewing and I didn't know how well the stuffed animals would hold up. So far the 3 toys we bought from this site are in really good shape. Other than chewing on the feet to get to the squeakers and one missing eyeball, this toy is 95% intact.
She's enjoys playing with all the toys we bought from here. And since they hold up better than anything bought from the pet stores, I will only purchase future toys from here.Durability Price Enjoyment - Excellent

Our shorkie loves his chicken. It is very durable. He has played with it daily for over a month and it is still intact. He shakes it and chews on it. The first stuffed toy we have had that has lasted for more than a week.

This was the first toy I pulled out of the box and she won't stop playing with it. It tumbles about, it squeeks from different areas, and she loves carrying it around by the legs. She even took it to her crate for later on. Maybe now she'll stop chewing on our cat.....

Nice toy. Eyes and nose came of in a few minutes. the rest is fine and if they could improve those parts it really would be a better dog toy. I had to take the parts from her mouth before she choked on them. Other wise very nice.

I have two 20 lb cocker spaniel who are amazingly can chew through anything. Sadly, the rooster met his demise within a week, and the only squeakers remaining are the wings. All the stuffing has been removed, but they still LOVE carrying around the shell and sqeeking the wings. Will definitely buy again!

Our dog Ike loves his chicken! It's his favorite toy in the house and he brings it to us when we come home. He WAS able to rip the stuffing out of the head of the toy, but it has still been very durable. We're buying another one!

I have terriers, and until now no squeaky toy has ever survived
more than 20 min. This Godog's plump rooster has survived
several months with 4 of it's squeakers intact. Plus I have
washed it 3x already and thrown it into the dryer. I squeeze
the squeakies until the water from the washing is out, and it's
ready to go.
