Works Great For Aggressive Chewers
My dogs (Newfie and Pibble) are both aggressive chewers and these antlers last them about 2-3 weeks. It is a much healthier and safe alternative to raw hide, which we used previously. My one dog was aggressive with the raw hide, but not to the antlers so it all worked out better in the end. They both love the antlers.

Definitely a great choice for a dog who needs to chew.
My dog loves the antler. I think this is probably the best thing I have bought him for durability. I thought it was a bit pricey

Lasts a long time; Doesn't stink or mark up the rug/bed
Five large dogs take turns chewing it (they have several they dig out of the toy box). They are interested for awhile, lose interest and come back to it. It doesn't smell, have blood or marrow or get gummy, so it's not so bad when they chew it on the rug or bed. I have not noticed splintering - so they don't throw it up or I don't find it in their poop, like a regular bone. Yes, I would recommend this product.

A much loved dog toy.
My border collie loved this antler. I think I purchased a large but should have gone one size up as it was shorter than I thought it would be.

My German Shephard/Mastiff has yet to make more than a dent in this and we've had it for a week. A little pricey, but overall very satisfied.

Good for chewers
great with keep jo jo busy with guest. No shavings have come off and no gum bleed like with Nylabone. He seems addicted to it as it's now the only chew he wants when we go to the toy box.

German/Crocodile. Winning Chew!!
This passed the German Shepherd test! I like this elk antler for many reasons:

First, my dog has rendered anything that isn't a Kong toy completely unsafe/destroyed/useless. Treats, bully sticks, nylabones, etc. are gone within hours. Stuffed toys are shredded within minutes. Things that are rendered "tough" shredded within the day. But she loves to chew, so I tried the antler and she loves it. However, this is coming from a dog that would show interest in anything resembling food/toys, so I knew her loosing interest wouldn't be a problem.

Second, she has such a sensitive stomach that can hardly tolerate anything. Therefore, raw bones (and even bully sticks), change in diet, etc. cause her to get an upset stomach that....needless to say...doesn't end well for me to clean up. This antler, however, hasn't caused any digestive problems!

Third: She's not "obsessed" with the elk antler. Meaning, she isn't chewing on it 24/7 (like she would a raw bone/bully stick) and she does not try to hide it/bury it. When she's in the mood to really chew, that's when she'll play with this. She does not treat this as another "meal" which I like.

Fourth: This doesn't stink. Now if I stick my nose right up to it, there is a smell, but it doesn't stink up a room by any means. Like other's have said, doesn't leave a mess on carpet/hardwood.

Now mind you, my dog is only 65lbs but her bite force is powerful & she's an avid chewer. So far she's had the antler a week and it's only been chewed down about an inch or two. I'm happy with this size, it's easy for her to maneuver in her paws, but I'm sure the xtra large size would work too, depending on how much you want to spend. Overall, highly recommended by dog & owner!

Goldens Love
We have three Golden Retrievers from age 1 /2 - 6 years old. We located this product at a large Christmas craft fair last December. We brought two of them home to give to the two older dogs. They absolutly LOVE them.!

They'll get tired of their toys but when we bring out this ELK ANTLER chew, they get all excited and could chew away for hours (if we let them. It's amazing how long they have lasted! These are a GREAT VALUE for the money considering that we have not had to buy any other chew sticks, etc. for them all year long.

We also met the owner and creator of this product at the fair. A very nice gentleman who is genuinely interested more in the pets health & happiness vs. just trying to make a sale.

I cannot imagine dog owner being disappointed.
