My dog loves balls and loves nylabones. This is a favorite although strangely he won't pick it up by the ball part, only the ends. I think he likes the ball because it holds the bone at an angle for him to chew though - easier than holding the other nylabones with his paws.
Durability Price Enjoyment - Okay for a light chewer, maybe.

My boys LOVE this thing - I need to get something similar because they fight over it so much! Only downfall that I have noticed is that they end up chewing the little blue nubs off of the ball (which I've noted pass easily through their digestive system *blink blink*). The bone is great and that has gone through a lot of chewing and most likely the whole thing needs tossed. I wish the ball was tougher - it's easily chewed up. Not sure I would get this again - Nylabones by themselves are better!
