Free Shipping Free Economy Shipping (Delivery Time: 3-7 business days) $0.00 With the Free Economy Shipping, DogTuff will ship your order via the most cost-efficient shipping options. This may include but is not limited to FedEx Smartpost, UPS Surepost, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Parcel Mail, USPS First Class, or Canada Post. Economy Shipping is best for orders that are not time sensitive as orders can take up to nine business days from the date the order ships. Applies to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Free Pet ID Shipping (Delivery Time: 4-10 business days) $0.00 This option is restricted to customer purchasing only Pet IDs. Each Pet ID will mail in a separate, invitation sized, white envelope with you and your pets name on it. It will be delivered with your regular letter mail. Orders with multiple tags will likely arrive a few days apart. This option does not include a standard tracking number to view its progress. It will only be scanned when delivered. Applies to orders shipped within the United States, US Territories, Military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. Transit times for Canadian orders will be longer.
Standard Shipping Standard Shipping (Delivery Time: 2-5 business Days) 2.95 With the Flat-rate Standard Shipping, DogTuff will ship your order via the most cost-efficient shipping option that will get your package to your within 2-5 business days. This may include but is not limited to FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class for lighter weight options. Applies to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and to Military APO/FPO addresses.
USPS First Class Mail (Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days) Price Varies This option will appear for smaller light-weight items that meet the qualification for USPS First Class Mail. Applies to orders shipped within the United States, US Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses.
USPS Priority Mail (Delivery Time: 2-4 Business Days) Price Varies This option will appear for items that meet the qualification for USPS Priority Mail. Applies to orders shipped within the United States, US Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Pet ID Shipping First Class Pet ID Shipping (3-5 Business Days) $2.95 This option is restricted to customer purchasing only Pet IDs and is perfect for customer that need a tracking number. Expedited Engraving & Priority Shipping (2-5 Business Days) $7.50 This option is restricted to customer purchasing only Pet IDs and is perfect for customer that need their tag in a hurry. Your Pet ID will be moved to the front of the line, and shipping out by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. One shipping charge will cover all pet ids in your order. Applies to orders shipped within the United States, US Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided.

Orders shipped via USPS are not eligible for claims. We are not responsible for items mis-delivered or damaged.

Returns & Replacements

Returning/Exchanging a purchase: If you aren't satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact customer service at email@example.com and request an RMA. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a store credit or a refund.
Pack items safely and securely for shipping. Ship the items to the address below with a courier of your choice, including a note with the RMA number, or a copy of your invoice.

Upon receipt of the return, DogTuff.com will inspect the order and issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for eligible items within 24 hours.
Once a toy has been used, it is no longer eligible for an refund/exchange unless part of the one time replacement guarantee.
All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
