Ships Next Day – Guaranteed
All items marked 'In Stock' are guaranteed to ship the next business day or we’ll refund your shipping. Items are considered shipped once electronic shipment information has been transmitted to the carrier. 'Ships Next Day Guarantee' applies to orders placed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Excludes Holidays & Weekends!

Shipping Methods
Shipping is provided though the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. During checkout you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Currently the following options are available:

Flat Rate Shipping
  • $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping (FedEx Smartpost - Delivery Time: 3-9 business days. Slow) (What is SmartPost?FedEx Smartpost routes packages through the FedEx distribution network (typically quicker than Parcel post by the USPS) then delivers the package to a USPS facility close to the delivery address for final delivery by your postal carrier. Smartpost can deliver to all addresses including our Military customers using APO/FPO, as well as customers with P.O. Boxes. Smartpost is best for orders that are not time sensative as orders can take up to nine business days from the date the order ships. This is the slowest shipping option we offer. It is however the most cost-efficient.

  • First Class (Delivery Time: 2-7 business days)
  • Standard (Delivery Time: 2-7 business days)
  • Priorty Mail (Delivery Time: 2-3 business days)

  • Ground/Home Delivery (Delivery Time: 2-6 business days)
  • Express Saver (Delivery Time: 3 business days. Not available in all areas. In cases where unavailable alternate shipping methods will be selected by Dog Tuff.)
  • 2 Day (Delivery Time: 2 business days)
  • Standard Overnight (Delivery Time: 1 business day)

Important Notes:
  • Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided.
  • Shipping times are from the date the order ships.
  • Please be advised that when cost-effective, we may upgrade your shipping at no additional cost to you.
  • Orders shipped via USPS are not eligible for claims.  We are not responsible for items mis-delivered or damaged.

Privacy & Security


Our customer’s privacy and security is off the utmost importance to us. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry – a 1024 bit Industry Standard SSL Certificate. DogTuff.com uses the most advanced form of SSL software available: 128/256-bit encryption by Comodo. In addition, all DogTuff.com servers are PCI Compliant, meeting the most stringent industry standards for security and protection from viruses, trojans, worms, and hackers.

Access to all of our users' information is restricted. No sensitive information (such as your credit card number) is stored by our servers. Once that information is submitted it is processed by our merchant account and deleted from our server. For future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your sensitive information.

All DogTuff.com servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls and password protection. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are updated with the latest information on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy and of what they can do to ensure that our customers' information remains protected.


Returns & Replacements


DogTuff.com's No Hassle Returns
At DogTuff.com, your satisfaction is what matters most. That's why we make our return policies easy and convenient.

Returning/Exchanging a purchase:
If you aren't satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact customer service at bark@dogtuff.com and request an RMA.
Please include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a store credit or a refund.

Pack items safely and securely for shipping. Ship the items to the address below with a courier of your choice, including a note with the RMA number, or a copy of your invoice.

Upon receipt of the return, DogTuff.com will inspect the order and issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for eligible items within 24 hours.

Please note:
  • Once a toy has been used, it is no longer eligible for an refund/exchange unless part of the one time replacement guarantee.
  • All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions


All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If the charge is declined, we will hold all unshipped items. If the order has already shipped, you agree to provide DogTuff.com with an alternate card to charge the order to. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional details and policies.

DogTuff.com makes every effort to ensure items are priced correctly. However, in the event an item is mispriced, we will either:  (a) if an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item; or (b) if an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional details and policies.

Unless specified otherwise, all promotions are limited to one per customer/household and are not to be combined with other promotions. DogTuff.com reserves the right to cancel or revoke promotions at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for additional details and policies.


Viewing Orders


Copies of your orders are available under your My Account dashboard. Simply click "My Account" at the top of the site and login. All recent orders are listed under "Recent Orders". Additional details are available by clicking on "View Order" beside the order your wish to view. Guest customers may contact customer service at bark@dogtuff.com or 1-877-341-0633 to receive a copy of your order.


Updating Account Information


You may update your contact information / preferences by logging in to your account dashboard by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the site.
