All items marked in-stock will ship the next business day, guaranteed, or we will refund your shipping. Ships Next Day Guarantee applies to shipments placed by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time. Excludes holidays, weekends, and international orders. Items are considered shipped once electronic shipment information has been transmitted to the carrier and the order is ready for scheduled pickup. Carriers are scheduled for daily pickups M-F. On occasion, due to acts beyond our control, the couriers may not arrive for scheduled pickups (Severe Weather, Blocked Roads, Mechanical Failure, ect). DogTuff will not be responsible for refunding shipping if the courier fails to pickup the order at the scheduled time.


Shipping Methods

Shipping is provided though the United States Postal Service and Federal Express. During checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Currently the following options are available:

 

Standard Flat Rate Shipping - The most cost efficient way to ship, but it's also one of the slowest. Orders take up to 9 business days for delivery, especially for the West Coast. East Coast customers typically receive their order in 4-6 business days.

• $3.99 Flat Rate Shipping, We pick your shipping method. Your package could be delivered using 1 of the following 5 methods; USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, FedEx Smart Post, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground.
  
• Please note for services that provide tracking or delivery confirmation numbers - an e-mail will be sent on the day your order ships with the tracking information.

What is Smart Post?
FedEx Smart post routes packages through the FedEx distribution network (typically quicker than Parcel post by the USPS) then delivers the package to a USPS facility close to the delivery address for final delivery by your postal carrier. Smart post can deliver to all address include our Military customers using APO/FPO, as well as customers with P.O. Boxes. Smart post is best for orders that are not time sensitive as orders can take up to nine business days from the date the order ships. This is the slowest shipping option we offer. It is however the most cost-efficient.

• Express Saver (Delivery Time: 3 business days. Not available in all areas. When unavailable, alternate shipping methods will be selected by Dog Tuff.)

• Standard Overnight (Delivery Time: 1 business day)

• Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided.
