Returning/Exchanging a purchase:
If you aren't satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days for a replacement, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange, please contact customer service at email@example.com and request an RMA. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a store credit or a refund.
Pack items safely and securely for shipping. Ship the items to the address below with a courier of your choice, including a note with the RMA number, or a copy of your invoice. Please note; dog beds and pet ids are shipped directly from the manufacture, please contact customer service before returning these items in order to receive their return address.

Upon receipt of the return, DogTuff.com will inspect the order and issue an exchange, store credit, or refund for eligible items within three business days.
Once a product has been used, it is no-longer eligible for an exchange/refund unless it is part of the one time replacement guarantee. For more information on how the guarantee process works, please click here.
All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
